Job Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in basic math skills and financial literacy. Create an interactive and engaging learning environment where participants actively take part.
• Prepare instructional materials, lesson plans, and classroom presentations in support of participants educational advancement in accordance with the program goals and objectives.
• Develop and administer a formative assessment tool to measure students’ progress.
• Provide at least two virtual drop-in-academic support hours per week for individualized assistance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience working with a diverse range of students
• Experience in developing course curricula & creating lesson plans and engaging activities
• Proven proficiency in financial literacy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess an acceptance of diversity and desire to assist students maintain a positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in subject area.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or equivalent part-time experience.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
• Passionate about teaching and educating for the client’s success.
• Must have patience and the right attitude in dealing with student and aspirants
