Position Summary

The corporate Marketing executive will conduct market research and analysis to strengthen the brand’s marketing efforts and drive sales profits. they will also plan and execute product launches and relaunches from product packaging to communication campaigns. They are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans & Business Plans for the entire lines of business and brands within the company. Their day-to-day tasks include managing and coordinating with commercial and staff.

Job Responsibilities :

• To help and support in preparing the Business Plan/Marketing plan/Tactical Plan/Action Plan/Account Management plan for all the department’s line items/Services for the full year in coordination with the department managers.
• Identify market drivers/growth drivers for each Unit every year.
• In coordination with the department managers and top management – KPIs for overall business should be well established and monitored
• To create a Product sheet in alignment with financial budget allocation.
• To create a Corporate and event calendar and manage the resources accordingly.
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
• To Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• To quarterly review, the performance of each department based on the approved marketing/budget plan.
• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Enhance/Upgrade the Company Brand including (Website upgrade, Electronic E-mail Signatures, updating company profile, Managing Social Media and product portfolio).
• Any other Marketing activities as per the management requirements.
