Job Description:

The Opportunity:

Parson’s MEA Talent Acquisition team is seeking Senior Consultant to lead the operations team. The consultant will assist the Vice President Recruitment with enhancing existing TA programs as well as assisting with creation of new programs, processes and documentation. Seeking a self-starter, motivated, driven, and organized individual who wants to have the opportunity to drive innovative solutions.

What You’ll Get to Do:

· Ensure technical optimization and process optimization with programs such as Early Career Hiring, Nationalization, Referral Management, Redeployment, License Management/usage and recruitment reporting.

· Build, maintain and manage relationships with recruiting vendors and third-party suppliers.

· Partner with the TA leadership team to facilitate Recruitment Marketing and Change Management efforts in conjunction with the Employee Experience & Communications teams and external vendors.

· Partner closely with recruiting leadership on complex issues in order to structure frameworks and create action plans.

· Act as the subject matter expert for TA staff troubleshooting, testing, and driving enhancements for Workday ATS.

· Manage job board licenses by reviewing and analyzing usage and key metrics.

· Build out of a Recruiting Hub for all TA related information.

· Facilitate on-boarding of new TA staff.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

· Functional and technical experience related to Talent Acquisition and Applicant Tracking systems, specifically Workday.

· Project management and change management skills.

· Evidence of strong organizational skills and attention to detail. An analytical mindset and structured thinker.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.

· Knowledge and experience with Workday ATS
