ParkerConnect Hiring for QA/QC Engineer Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for QA QC Engineer.
Candidate needs to be able to join immediately.
Exp in construction / landscape .

• Production and implementation of project specific “Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)” in line with project specifications.
  
• Preparation and submission of Work Inspection request, Material Inspection, Material submittal, method statement, corresponding QA/QC logs and liaise with consultants for the approval of the submittals.
• Inspection of DLC and subcontractors work on site and present the report to the client for approval.
• Follow proper procedures based on the method statement and approved shop drawings in order to avoid rework which costs the company manpower, materials and project time.
• Rectify approved IR’s with status B comments immediately the following day. They need to be raised again with the consultant to get it approved with status A with no comments.
• Identify non-conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
• Assist as necessary the Engineering department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control problems and issues.
• Performs QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews
  
• Carry out closing of the NCRs in conjunction with the site team. Provide training to foremen and labour on quality matters.
• Ensure low skilled labour are trained by highly skilled labour.
• Training should be provided on how to do the work and care should be taken to avoid damage eg. Usage of concrete barriers.
• Inspection of the Site Filing System and ensuring all QA documents are being used as per Company procedures.
• Check and ensure that the Company Drawing Control System is being used as per the procedure
• Identify non-quality trends and advice project managers, site engineers, site supervisors for resolutions.
• Verify the quality-related site activities are in accordance with client requirements.
• Work with the Lab Coordinator to conduct tests as per the project specification.
• Monitor the progress of work and report the status of completion of the official inspections such as accepted, rejected, postponed or cancelled to the respective project manager.
• Maintain the necessary close-out documentations as per project requirements.
• Inspect supplier’s/subcontractors factories/workshops to check quality before the material is delivered to site as required.
• Ensure test certificates are attached to the material submittals and check the material quality before submitting the material submittal.
• Ensure suppliers provide a warranty period in writing for the materials supplied by them along with their recommendations on how the materials should be used.
• All materials arriving on site should be checked prior to offloading.
• Ensure materials are offloaded using the specific lifting tools while following the protection measure.
• Third party activity on site should be closely monitored.
