YOUR MISSION

–

Your mission will be to double our Sales in one year and go from 6M to 10M and then 40

You define and manage the execution of marketing strategies to help us reach that goal, and go beyond.

And then pursue our international ambition and penetrate the english speaking market.

1 . Create and implement the marketing strategy and lead with OKRs & KPIs

• Identify Ideal Customer, create personas, build the offers

• Manage weekly and monthly reporting by defining goals and KPIs and Implement live Dashboard

• Drive the implementation and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve key results as set on a quarterly basis

2 . Produce timely, authoritative, highly-credible content to drive brand affinity, engagement & conversion

• create top class video assets, from strategizing video content, shooting, post-productions with designers, art directors

• Produce outstanding White Books, ebooks that stant out : our #1 Value is : Create Awe

3 . Attract, find and hire great talents & Lead them to Excellence

• Source yourself talent in your own network and be proactive to create a machine to attract talent – at Paradox Hiring in the hands of the Heads more than the HR

• Help the growth Team grow in terms copywriting and storytelling through frameworks, educational content, tutos, etc.)

• Create and maintain best-in class Marketing playbook & processes, we want to systemize everything that work, FInd and Create Training

4. Lead the implementation and optimisation of our funnels in order to make our conversion rate skyrocket ( we expect at least a 50% increase from you )

• A/B tests with various marketing copy on emails sequences, landing pages, website updates, blog posts, videos…)

• Work on scoring leads for the Sales Team

• Optimize Webinars or pre-recorded Webinars to create variations that win over the existing

5. Generate a MASS of qualified Leads at a reduced cost

• Lead SEA Ads Acquisition Team ( check acquisition performance on a weekly basis on the various acquisition channels, you are obsessed with finding the right hooks, and creatives ) Managing budgets of 300k – 1 Million $ in ads

• Lead SEO Strategy

• Generate new strategic partnerships ( Connect with potential partners and nurture the relationship )

Technical :

  Strong knowledge of our marketing stack : Active Campaign, Hubspot

  tracking / reporting tools ( e.g: GA, Google Search Console, GTM, Power BI, Hotjar etc)

• Webflow, Make, Hubspot, SEMrush, and Outbound Tools

• Solid experience in SEO & SEA
