Regional Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Become a part of our international Sales & Business Development team at one of our locations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime (40h/week) as Regional Business Development Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and reporting all existing and new Key Account client account activities relating to Oil & Gas clients. This is a regional role where the candidate will fully manage and be responsible for all activities relating to the development of target Oil & Gas clients.
  • The role involves being responsible for sales leadership with all key Oil & Gas clients, as well as supporting the existing deugro network to fulfill their sales duties, as well as to develop and maintain new ‘hunted’ clients. This includes creating opportunities with new and existing clients, responding to pre- qualifications, bids & proposals, contract negotiations and being a point of client escalation.
  • The major challenge is to ensure that deugro has increased exposure, opportunity and success with Oil & Gas clients by identifying and delivering on target opportunities. To increase the client’s knowledge of deugro groups full services portfolio. Improve and upskill the deugro group’s knowledge of the services and industry standards demanded by Oil & Gas clients

Develop, maintain and grow the Oil & Gas sales pipeline through:

  • New client engagement (accounts and contacts) as well as strategic account management
  • Direct strategic sales and supporting joint sales activities with local business units
  • Identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Keeping CRM accurately populated
  • Contributing & leading strategic tender activities

  • Ability to add value with existing deugro O&G Industry account activities
  • Creating & managing business plans, career minded & prepared to innovate & focus on success in the industry vertical
  • Strong knowledge of various Microsoft software packages
  • Detail-oriented, accurate and methodical approach to duties
  • Excellent communicative skills in an articulate and effective manner
