We are looking for a female Sales Representative, to be responsible for greeting patients and visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving patients directions to various parts of the clinic, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Duties:
· Greet patients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Assisting patients in finding their way around our clinic.
· Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.
· Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
· Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
· Provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
