Job Description :
• Collecting and analyzing financial data (gathering financial data from a variety of sources, such as financial statements, market research reports, and industry publications).
• Uses this data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Creating financial models and forecasts:
• Analyzing investment opportunities including mergers and acquisitions, new acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Reporting on financial performance including monitoring and reporting on the company’s financial performance and analyzing financial ratios.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations in meetings or in written reports.
• Carry out financial due diligence and analysis as per the business requirements
• Carry out/manage the valuation of various opportunities/properties
Education Experience :
• CA or any graduation in finance, or accounting with a premier institute
• At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis.
