The role holder is responsible for strategizing and directing the Field Operations and EH&S organization for Middle East, Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and CIS (MTKU) Market Group, in alignment with the relevant EMEA strategy.

• Participate in the development of Otis market group strategy and contribute to the management and corporate decision making in close collaboration with members of the market group Leadership Team.
• Manage and control the operating framework for the Field Operations, provide guidance and support, ensure implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and compliance with organizational policies, procedures and standards.
• Recommend improvements to Field Operations policies and lead the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality services.
• Guide the development of Field Operations plan by analysing installation, maintenance, repair & modernization requirements/expectations and identifying capability requirements (headcount, tools, and training) across the market group.
• Monitor the variances in material and manpower requirements in coordination with the General Managers of the entities, to ensure that greater EBIT value can be generated through optimized manpower and resources utilization.
• Ensure that all Field Operations projects across various entities are efficiently planned and delivered on time, cost and progress is tracked, communicated and escalated, and requisite actions taken, as necessary.
• Oversee periodic reviews to ensure that all quality audits are in line with the documented policies, guidelines and procedures are updated in line with established quality standards.
• Ensure support is provided to the entities for technical problems during installation, maintenance and testing.
• Lead the implementation of quality management standards for the Field Operations teams within the market group in order to achieve operational excellence through effective deployment of quality systems.
• Manage all environmental health and safety activities across the market group and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards at all times.
