Job Description

Video Shooting:

Planning and organizing video shoots based on project requirements.
Operating video cameras, equipment, and accessories to capture high-quality footage.
Setting up lighting, audio, and other technical aspects to ensure optimal video quality.
Conducting interview shoots, capturing events, or recording scenes as needed.
Video Editing:

Assembling and editing raw video footage into a coherent and engaging final product.
Selecting the best shots, trimming clips, and arranging sequences to create a compelling visual narrative.
Enhancing video quality through color correction, grading, and applying visual effects if necessary.
Editing and mixing audio elements such as dialogue, music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
Incorporating graphics, titles, and animations to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling.
Equipment and Technical Proficiency:

Operating and maintaining video cameras, audio recording equipment, lighting gear, and other production tools.
Staying up-to-date with the latest video production technology, trends, and techniques.
Troubleshooting technical issues during filming and post-production editing.
Creative understanding and Collaboration:

Collaborating with team, supervisors, and others to understand project objectives and requirements.
Providing creative input and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling and overall production quality.
Working closely with a team or independently to deliver projects within established timelines.
Storytelling and Narrative:

Understanding the project’s narrative or message and using visual storytelling techniques to effectively communicate it to the audience.
Ensuring continuity and coherence in the video by maintaining a consistent visual style and flow.
Project Management and Organization:

Managing and organizing video files, project assets, and related documentation according to Company SOPs.
Meeting project deadlines and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Continuous Learning and Skill Development:
