Call Center Agent
Job Location : UAE
Job Description :
• Obtain client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
• Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
• Establish policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
• Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems & coming with corrective action.
• Assist the Front Desk in providing customer support and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by the line manager.
Skills :
• Medical/Healthcare experience required
• Native Arabic speaker + Fluent in English
• Filipina Candidates + Fluent in English
