Job Summary.

The NOV Aftermarket Programs Group wants to strengthen the department and is looking for a Project Manager to join the Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM) team in UAE. We provide customer programs to NOV automation solutions to optimize drilling performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor all project activities, report progress against plans and take corrective actions as required to manage deviations.
• Communicate commercial and technical status in internal and external meetings.
• Track and control project budgeting, cost allocation and margin.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and project management experience. (Essential)
• High commercial and technical understanding. (Essential)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. (Essential)
• Arabic language. (Desirable)
• Minimum three years of experience from delivery of offshore projects. (Desirable)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. (Desirable)

Technical competencies:

• Proficiency with MS Visio, Excel, Powepoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence software
• Familiarity with Amphion and/or Cyberbase Controls
• Familiarity with with NOVOS, MMC, and/or other Automation products
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
