Nomac Hiring for Specialty Services Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

Job Purpose:

Carryout activities related to execution of work and participate actively in Operational Excellence initiatives and strategies. Key focus being to manage Specialty Services while implementing appropriate corporate policies and procedures: managed fleet, hire, train and develop field service team, develop new customer contracts, maintain service and goodwill to customers. Management of field / workshop resources effectively to meet the customer demands with highest regard for safety and quality. Maximize the asset utilization and supporting other bases within the organization. Responsible to train and develop our internal site perosnnel with necessary skill sets required to deliver our service offerings within the region.

Key Accountabilities

• With full accountability ensure that all services related specialty services activities are performed in an efficient, timely and professional manner in all ME countries.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and building and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
• Recruit, trained, and motivated capable partners.
• Establish and maintain an excellent customer goodwill program.
• Liaise with operations and commercial team to plan ahead for asset requirement. Liaise with logistic team to arrange site mobilizations timely.
• Reach sales goals, Recognized as Winner Circle Performer by generating the target revenue.
• Demonstrate executive characteristics such as: high integrity, honesty, leadership, trust worthiness, goal oriented, and deadline conscious.
• Develop and manage good relationship with suppliers this including visit and inspect suppliers’ premises.
• Hold technical meetings with client’s representative and attend bidding and job explanation meetings.
• Review and approve method statements, procedure, and job safety analysis in coordination HSE & Quality department.
• Review and advise the technical and commercial proposal for the region in coordination with contracts.
• Conducting sales visits promoting speciality services and products, including carrying out sales and technical presentations as required.
• Construction scheduling, cost monitoring, management, and general project control.
• Monitor & track equipment service time to time.
• Maintaining documents related to equipment & coordinate with vendor on technical accepts.
• Embrace and practice LEAD culture / Continuous Improvement across the business.
• Work with NOMAC standard deliverables (KPI) and adhere to local laws.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mechanical degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

• Min. 15 years’ related experience

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge in Hot Tapping, Line Stopping, Leak Sealing & Line Freezing.
• Awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management System Principles.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings, design & practices
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge in onsite applications related to NOMAC
• Ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
• Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being stored in the warehousea
