Mission & Main Objectives
Lead the assigned National sales companies (NSC) with the achievement of the set sales and marketing objectives.
Planning, developing and executing the sales business plans in alignment with the different functions for the region.
Lead on improving the quality of operations at the NSC’s (National Sales Company) through implementation of quality standards & strategic action plans to increase the customers repurchase intentions in the region by increasing customer satisfaction at the NSC’s dealer outlets through CRM and cross functional activities.
Develop and launch a fleet strategy with the assigned NSC across all sectors
Develop and launch the ICP (Infiniti Certified Pre-owned) program working with NSC used car department
KPIs
Actual versus planned order volume by model & grade mix. Carflow & VME management
Channel wise sales performance vs plan
Operating Profit and S&M expenses in % of Whole sales Turnover
Total stock at NSC level
Quarterly NSCs Marketing Plans

Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
Set and discuss, agree and set annual business volume commitment with NSC (by model, segment, grade mix & seasonality). This should be supported by in-depth market research and analysis.
Collect and analyse the specifications and pricing related activities of the competitors in the market in order to assess the competitiveness of Nissan products in coordination with marketing.
Preparation of Monthly Vehicle Forecast Management and Monthly Order Volume Analysis by order evaluation and feedback from the NSC’s.
NSC channel wise sales are monitored and analysed periodically and corrective actions are taken to improve the profitability and market share in coordination with NSC.
Tactical Marketing Analysis for NSC activities.
Collect economic and political country specific information and keep a complete database of the NSC profiles, product information (for both Nissan & Competitors) to use in business planning and market development activities.
Support Fleet Function Tender schemes and communicate relevant information to the National Sales Companies when required.
Support implementation of Fleet & Used strategies like KAM, SME, N.I.C, etc… with NSC.
Initiate sales incentive programs, support, strategies to ensure the proper utilization of monetary support given to NSC’s in order to achieve sales objectives and forecasts.
Evaluate the market using the Value Analysis and support NSC for price setting activities.
Monitor and analyse NSC order/order-forecast per model by variant level to ensure optimum inventory and model mix availability to study and initiate ordering incentive programs to maximize profit.
Develop, track, and utilize VME budget with each NSC based on business case set.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience preferably within the automotive industry
Marketing knowledge
Stock Management (car flow) knowledge
Price management knowledge (value based)
Product / spec knowledge (including SOP/EOP Event)
English is a must, Arabic is a plus
MS Office, mainly PPT & Excel (advance)
Budget Management (discount / M&S expenses)
Jedox/Tablou
Statistical skills (including BRIO software)
