As a Business Development Manager from an AV background, you will be responsible for managing client’s database as well as the technical delivery of events projects. A network of business relations will be essential for the acquisition of new clients to fulfil the sales and marketing tasks of the position.

Marketing:

• Create and establish the N&M Middle East Brand
• Promote a modern image of N&M in the region
• Sharpen perception of sub- brands (Event Technology & System Integration)
• Launch and establish N&M as a brand in KSA
• Launch and establish N&M digital media business unit in the region
• Launch and establish N&M comms & network business unit in the region
• Build the marketing & communication team
• Business Development:
• Drive sales to achieve Sales KPI´s per business unit
• Build Event Technology and System Integration business in KSA
• Lift N&M to become the leading Event Technology & System Integration partner in the Middle East
• Build business development and sales team per business unit

Tasks:

• Build, develop, manage key accounts for all business units
• Build, develop, mentor, manage marketing and business development teams
• Monitor and analyze markets, understand market trends and future client demands
• Create, control and execute marketing, business development and sales strategy
• Create, control and manage the marketing, business development and sales budget
• Provide strategic and tactic advise to Business Unit Manager´s
• Provide marketing, business develop and sales training to relevant teams
• Support sales pitches and bids

• Experience within an AV company in KSA, either as an Account Manager or in a client-facing technical role, along with experience in delivering exhibitions and live events
• Driven and ambitious, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion to really contribute and make a difference to the team
• A self-starter, goal setting mentality with an established skill set in solution and relationship
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Communication and contact skills as well as very good English skills
• Approaching deadlines do not upset you, because: your goal is a happy long-term customer
• Mentorship and coaching for respective team members
• Willingness to travel, to learn, to adopt
• Networking and relationship management as priority
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
