A day in the life of…
- Maintain an up to date and accurate employee database and the company’s official documents.
- Support the HR team in Employee relations & services (residencies, visas, insurance, logistics, administration, grievances …)
- Conduct close monitoring of Time & Attendance and Leave management
- Ensure proper implementation of the company’s policies and procedures; raise violations to HR manager when necessary
- Assist in Employee Onboarding, Orientation & Off-boarding processes
- Assist in annual and probationary Performance Management system
- Assist in the recruitment process: maintain an up-to-date candidates’ database, schedule interviews and follow up on feedback
