MISSIONS AND SERVICE DIMENSIONS
The service will include the following missions:
1. Safety Engineering FEED Contractors related activities supervision and coordination,
2. Project and cost management in liaison with other disciplines,
3. Technical papers preparation to support management position for clarifications/ decisions with regulatory authorities of host countries, other entities, or partners,
4. Deviation requests coordination to the project referential, in a timely manner and with due consideration to
schedule,
5. Participation / Organization of key project reviews, plot plan reviews, HAZOP reviews, constructability
design/model review meetings,
6. Review of Safety documents in accordance with industry standards, codes, and clients’ specifications,
7. Produce comments in due time, explain to Contractor and follow up the implementation
8. Supervise and coordinate the safety engineering related activities performed by the FEED Contractor in particular: Safety Concept, safety philosophies, safety distances calculations notes, gas dispersion and radiation analysis, systems design, hazardous areas and fire & gas layouts, fire & gas matrix, QRA/F(E)RA/EERA, safety critical identification and verification of design risks to ensure they are managed as per Company requirements to
level.
9. Review and propose answer to possible technical queries and derogations to Project specifications related
discipline.
10. Contribute to the evaluation of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and review/approval of d
from the design contractor (Engineering drawings, calculation notes, specifications, procedures…)
11. Interfaces between disciplines: Inform engineering manager and liaise with other disciplines involved such a

12. To comply with HSE requirements and to support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives,
13. To support and implement the Project HSE management system (plans, procedure, and specifications).
