Tasks

• Investor Selection and Network Development: Identify white spots in new and existing Porsche Markets as well as select, set-up and enable new investors, incl. the management of all contractual agreements within the PME Region.

• Business Development and Network Management: Manage the importer and dealer performance as well as tools and processes to professionalize importer and dealer operations. Manage Mystery Shopping programs as well as e-Mobility and Connected Car standards.

• Customer and Prospect Management (CPM): Manage the overall regional Porsche CPM, CRM, CEM, Customer Satisfaction, Market Research and Customer Commitment Strategy. Manage the PME Customer Interaction Center (CIC, Portugal) as well as the PME C@P System.

• Corporate Architecture: Manage conceptual design and building maintenance for any Porsche related building project in the region as well as monitor construction progress and adherence to defined standards.

• Network Qualification: Manage recruitment standards as well as the regional Training Centre, incl. trainings for all PME markets, such as technical, non-technical and personal skill trainings in line with the Porsche People Excellence Strategy (PPX). Manage and Develop Future Learning Concepts, certification standards (PGCS, ZPT) and PALMS.

• Retail Performance and Consulting: Locally adapt and execute the Porsche Business Excellence Program, as well as Importer Operations Coaching Programs, market development projects, SGIs, MGIs, Importer Performance Reward Programs and Dealer Process Audits.
