 Rich real estate experience of at least 3-5 years through which a decent number of transactions has been successfully executed and supported by well-established connections with potential investors, landlords and real estate developers in the marketplace.

 Strong sales mentality, results-driven and well-rounded with investment management and diversification.

 Decent computer skills and hands-on CRM systems

 Excellent communication skills, written and spoken (excellent English is a must – bilingual preferred)

 RERA certified preferred but not essential.
