Our client is seeking to hire a Purchasing Manager to join their office in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities :

• Branch procurement budget management;
• Planning and optimization of the portfolio of suppliers;
• Stability of effective channels for the availability of raw materials for the implementation of procurement activities;
• Optimization of cooperation conditions and incoming raw material cost;
• Formation of the assortment matrix of raw materials;
• Comprehensive assessment of the level of service of existing suppliers;
• Management of classifier blocks, product cards in the infobase within a driven category

Qualifications:

• The presence of stable relations with the leading suppliers of raw materials in the Middle East (Dubai in particular), knowing and understanding of the pricing of this market;
• Proven track record of effective procurement management;
• Higher trade or economic education;
• Knowledge of working with databases and specialized programs (IIKO);
• The practice of negotiating, concluding and executing financial contracts;
• Matrix management of portfolios of raw materials and suppliers;
• Practice of planning and budgeting, organization of accounting and reporting;
• Knowledge of the basic laws and regulations governing the activities of Catering Companies in the Middle East

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED7,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
