Our client is the Regional leader in mystery shopping, customer service, food safety inspection, and training.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s Customer Service department who would be working closely with the country manager/project in liaison with departments like Accounting, sales, customer service scheduling, and QV. 
Job Purpose: * The project coordinator oversees the back operation to ensure the projects are executed as per the client’s requirements. The project coordinator assists the Project Manager in the deliverables of the project

• The Project coordinator is in direct contact with the clients that are assigned to the Project Coordinator and he/she is accountable/responsible for his or the client’s accounts. He/she handles all the inquiries of their client and provides them with customer service consultancy support based on the mystery shopping reports results and other quality control tool(s) the client inquires.

Responsibilities: *

• Ensure that the project fieldwork is executed according to the set deadlines
• Ensure that client service requests (as per the agreement) are completely delivered and in a timely manner
• Develop a long-term relationship with the clients
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Scheduling, and Validor teams) to ensure timely and successful delivery of their needs
• Consult and support the client to improve their customer service
• Update his/her job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Staying up to date in the client’s technological and publishing needs by learning any coding language needed, software used by the client for surveys, reporting, statistics, visualization platforms, and others.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
