Nadia Global Hiring for Ticketing cum Receptionist Female – 2,5k – 3k Job at Dubai Full Time

One of our clients from the leading travel and tourism industry is seeking an experienced Ticketing cum receptionist.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Efficiently handle all kinds of visa inquiries and documentation that is required for various types of Visas for both Inbound and Out -Bound.

2. Shall be responsible for all the ticket bookings as approved and confirmed by the GM and Tours & Travel Manager.

3. Maintain and update the company’s customer database on a regular basis.

4. Attends to incoming calls and takes down the messages and disseminates the messages appropriately.

5. Typing, faxing, and arranging the documentation of parcels sent by courier.

6. Sending of fax messages, recording the incoming fax messages and their distribution.

7. Shall monitor and be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and washrooms at all times.

8. Greet every walk-in visitor and assist them immediately without making them wait in the reception area and maintain visitors’ log book on a regular basis.

9. Shall monitor the IN & OUT Register maintained at the Reception desk.

10. Shall be responsible for all office requirements (Stationeries, Grocery, water, etc.) and make sure we don’t run out of “office requirements”.

11. Perform other assigned duties.

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
