One of the our client a leading Bakery is currently seeking for a Commercial Sales Manager for its subsidiary in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Identify the business opportunities and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Build good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, which helps in maintaining existing customers and provide support, guidance, and recommendation for a new type of product.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Assist the customers with their requirements for the product development based on their preferences and evaluate activity based on feasibility and profitability.
• Review the customers’ orders and give them feedback on the achievement of volume targets and discuss solutions to achieve growth.
• Conduct product presentation, food tasting, and handling demo based on the customer requirements.
• Negotiate the price, costing, product mix, and logistics with the customer.
• Handle customer complaints and implement recovery actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist finance team with the customer payment issue and cheque collection.
• Cold calling customers and arrange meetings to prospect for new business.

Requirements:

• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Must have 5-10 years sales experience in HORECA/FMCG/F&B bakery in UAE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Computer literate with Microsoft experience and knowledge of CRM system.
• University degree.

Compensation Package:

• Good Commission Scheme
• Car and Petrol Allowance : AED 1,200
• Salik, Mobile Phone, Medical Insurance, Airfare Ticket

Working Days: Six Working Days in a week from Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 8am-6pm Monday – Friday 8am-2pm Saturday (6hrs flexible timing)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED13,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales – F&B: 5 years (Required)
• HORECA/FMCG/F&B bakery: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
