Managing manpower and VISA outsourcing services division within the UAE. Outsourcing of Manpower of security and white-collared staff to Government, Private sector, MNCs, Semi-Government, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Transport, BFSI and allied industrial verticals. Overseeing business development and business operations.

Responsibilities

This is a role that combines operational and strategic sales responsibilities

Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.

Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration.

Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

Bidding in Government/Public, Private tenders, RFPs for manpower outsourcing.

Monitor and evaluate industry trends, screen potential business opportunities, and select the deals in line with strategies

Collaborate with finance to track and maintain proper records.

Manage the team of PRO, BDs, and Consultants.

Requirement:

Must have a strong understanding of outsourcing/recruitment sales cycles and dealing with top decision-makers

10 – 15 years’ sales experience in the outsourcing/recruitment industry in UAE

Should able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously

Bidding in government tender experience is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED20,000.00 – AED30,000.00 per month
