One of the Royal Estate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from the hospitality industry is seeking a professional Culinary Coordinator.
Job Summary:
The positions of Culinary Coordinator require liaising with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, supervise all activities of the culinary office operations in a manner which ensures consistent results as measured through the company matrix and regulatory reporting. Aid in development, document, and implement office processes/procedures to ensure culinary offices always monitored and maintained. Ensure current and future programs are manageable in the work environment and provide operational support to ensure ALL programs are successful. General Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop a professional working relationship and act as a plant liaison with the Auditing body and Food Security Units. * Coordinate with the Food Safety Team on food safety standards as outlined in the ISO, HACCP, QA and QMS Standards and other programs. * Ensure food safety programs are properly communicated, and employees have a working knowledge of the programs through training and mentoring. * Provide timely, accurate and relevant data and analysis to plant and management. Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained, regularly checked and to report any problems to maintenance. * Ensuring that a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming is adhered too. * Always follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and assisting in the generation of them for new SOP’s. * Responsible for assisting the Executive Culinary office, Food Safety Team and Senior kitchen leadership team in effective and efficient verbal, written and electronic communication. * Communicate through e-mail, personal interaction, and written information with the culinary leadership team, communicating information through the department. * Daily schedule of meetings and appointments to ensure all information is available and relevant. Weekly inputting the schedules as prescribed by the Executive Chef Office. * Maintain and update Dashboard through the Culinary and Food Safety office.
