REPORTS TO: Senior Accountant / Chief Finance Officer

Department: Accounts Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Entering of all customer registrations into QuickBooks/Zoho
• Compose invoices and record payments
• Daily Attendance Sheet (SIS) Audits
• Collection/Follow-up with all customers with outstanding payments via email and phone Collection/Follow-up with all customers with bounced/returned checks via telephone only.
• Processing of expense reports, ensuring they are properly filled out with all required receipts (junior)
• Organization, separating, tallying, recording, and filing of all cash receipts
• Processing & liquidation of petty cash & revolving funds given for company expenses ensuring all monies are accounted for
• Processing of employee mileage and expense reimbursement
• Telesales Incentives validation
• Weekly audit of employee timestamp clocks via Attendance software (junior)
• Submittal of attendance file with absents, docks, and any advances no later than the 26th of each month (junior)
• Filing of all Accounts Receivable related paperwork
• Maintaining orderliness of all accounting paperwork, creating files, tabs, ensuring files are maintained.

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2-3 years experience in accounting data entry
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Typing Speed 40-60 wpm
• Transactional processing of a minimum of 250-300 records a day.

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• accounts assistant: 2 years (Required)
• Data Entry: 2 years (Required)
• Advance Excel: 2 years

Language:

• English (Required)

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
