Job Description
- Advise clients on a broad range of domestic and international employment issues including global projects, domestic instructions, complex litigation and HR advisory work.
- Work with clients from blue chip and global sectors.
- Drive business development in your practice area, with excellent relationship building and relationship management.
- Contribute to a learning and development culture.
- Mentor more junior members of the team
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years PQE.
- Broad grounding in employment law gained in a recognised employment team
- Regional experience
- Excellent drafting skills and legal research ability
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to mentor more junior members of the team
