PURPOSE:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Promote MetLife’s EB products through assigned brokers to achieve the annual assigned quantitative and qualitative targets (GM sales, GL sales, portfolio persistency if appliable)Sustain and grow relationship with assigned brokers / partners through regular visits and training on MetLife’s Value Proposition, Products and new ServicesManage policy administration endorsements related to own portfolioDiligently observe and gatekeep incoming business opportunities to protect MetLife from harmful prospects that are outside of MetLife’s appetiteKeep good record of vital updates from assigned brokers and pass this information to relevant partiesContribute to keeping TOBA (terms of business agreement) documentation and updating it in cooperation with relevant internal partiesContribute to collection efforts by collection team by escalating late payments to broker decision makersContribute to event management and G&E activities by submitting correct forms and obtaining necessary prior-approvals, and keeping correct record of recipients from broker sidePromote and educate own brokers about MetLife’s existing products and upcoming initiatives, and seize every opportunity to pass better knowledge and awarenessParticipate in thematic taskforces for organizational or product development as assigned by CS leadersAttend all relevant mandatory trainings to develop own capacity and aptitude to better serve own brokersSustain a balanced relationship with underwriting partners to develop profitable business, and share honest and objective feedback on underwriting operationsDevelop and maintain a strong working relationship with TPA administrators and other internal or external partnersCoordinate marketing, sales and support services for assigned partners / clients and resolves routine or basic problemsServe as the primary relationship manager for partners such as Brokers, Consultants and clients by developing relationships to deliver New Sales and Persistency targets.
They create and coordinate marketing and sales program initiatives and research and resolve client issues, and coordinate external communications with clients and provide status, reports and updates to both internal and external parties.

Brokers, Partners, ClientsThird Party Administrators or other external partners Internal Stakeholders (i.e. Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Network Management, Marketing, Compliance, Legal)
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Min 2 years relevant insurance industry experience Degree educated Basic knowledge of supported products/markets and associated regulations.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Strong customer focus. Strong verbal and written communication. Arabic speaker preferred. * Relationship building and management.
