To manage and monitor Clinic operations and enhance the Clinic service offering by building a strong referral base aimed at sustainable business growth and development
The candidate must be comfortable in working independently in a community oriented clinic.
Job Duties
- To effectively and efficiently manage the team
- Manage all financial processes and practices within the Clinic to ensure sustainable growth and development
- Implement and monitor business development initiatives
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory/junior management role in a healthcare environment
- Previous healthcare management experience in patient administration and customer service is desired
