We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s services and to create competitive advantages for our company in the industry

Sales and Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
* Generating and implementing unique sales plans
* Creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature.
* Promoting the company and its existing services.
* Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements.
* Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
* Staying current in the industry by networking and reading on latest materials.

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:

* 3-5 years experience in marketing or sales.
* Experience in management may be advantageous.
* Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Female candidates with Arabic Speaking capabilities preferred
* The ability to work under pressure.

Salary + Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
