Mark Williams Hiring for VP – M&A Job at Dubai Full Time

Our client, one of the fastest growing investment firms in Dubai is currently searching for a Vice President – Investment Banking to join their team. Reporting to the Director, you will be managing a team, leading the execution of transaction deliverables focusing on M&A and capital raising.

The role

• Manage execution of M&A and capital raising transactions while assisting in targeting new deal opportunities and business selection by conducting preliminary due diligence
• Participate in communicating services to prospects and leverage understanding of macro trends and strategic direction of clients to win business
• Provide direction on financial/valuation analyses and serve as a sounding board for unique and creative approaches for analyses
• Leverage expertise of industries and finance/accounting topics to develop key themes for positioning of research/analytic deliverables
• Proactively identify probable deal issues, providing thoughts and perspective on resolution and provide ongoing guidance and spot corrections to improve team efficiency
• Support and coach associates and analysts providing constructive feedback and sharing relevant deal/client context with junior team
• Set and monitor development and growth targets

Client requirements

• Strong education background / professional qualification is a plus
• 6-7 years’ experience with strong track record closing multiple deals within technology sector in Capital Raising and M&A transactions and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent excel skills, financial modeling, and presentations
• Can work in a demanding and fast paced environment
• Excellent communication, great interpersonal, effective leadership, and coaching skills
