Majid Al Futtaim invites you to join us in our quest to create great moments for everyone, everyday! We are the leading shopping mall, residential communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, serving over 560 million visitors a year. For the past two decades, we have shaped the consumer landscape across the region, transforming the way people shop, live and play, while maintaining a strong sustainability track record and the largest mall in the world to attain LEED Gold EBOM Certification. We have over 40,000 team members in 15 international markets representing over 100 nationalities – all keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do. If you enjoy being BOLD, PASSIONATE and TOGETHER, then Majid Al Futtaim is the destination for you.
To ensure we provide the best working environment to our colleagues, we are looking to expand our Human Capital teams, across many of the 17 countries in which we operate.
We are seeking Bold and Passionate HR Leaders that are looking to bring their vast experience to a dynamic and ever evolving organisation.
No two days are ever the same, whether you are managing and driving activities such as organizational design, talent acquisition and management to the development of total rewards strategies, enhancing the employee experience and relations, to managing compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues for all employees within the country or region you are responsible for.
Under the guidance and direction of the regional Head of Human Capital, you will be part of the team that is driving Human Capital strategy, not just in your own country but across a multi country region.
This means you will be an active participant in a broad range of projects and a subject matter expert in others.
These group wide initiatives will require your local expertise to support their implementation and to ensure the adoption of all stakeholders.
To support you in your journey, as well as the guidance of your regional Human Capital Lead, you will also have the support of the groups Centres of Excellence to ensure the delivery of key initiatives such as Performance Management and talent reviews, succession planning talent development and the continuing enhancement of the employee experience.
On top of all these initiatives, your ultimate role is to support and guide employees throughout their journey with us.
As the interface between employees and the business you will be the point of contact for often sensitive matters that will require coaching, guidance and advice, in a professional manner.
What will make you a succesful in this role?
