We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 5 year experience in Interior Decoration, (REVIT – BIM ) Software ,
Drywall Partition and False Ceiling Works.
1.) Knows how to read and understand Architectural and ID Plan.
2.) Can understand specification
3.) Has Knowledge in all ceiling types and partitions
and knowledge about contracts BOQ , Claims , Variations and Disputes .
4.) Knows different suppliers
5.) Has knowledge in quantity take-off using Cad
6.) Has knowledge in AutoCad, Microsoft office
7.) Can handle pressure
8.) Knows how composed emails
9.) Can meet deadlines
10.) Has focus on work
11.) Can handle more workload
12.) Civil Engineer graduate Or architectural
13.) Can solve analytical problems
14.) Have self confidence
15.) Has strong personality
