Maidscc Hiring for Housekeeping Trainer Job at Dubai Full Time

As a housekeeping trainer you’ll work on training housekeepers on specific tasks and duties. You’ll ensure the implementation of the full training program and evaluate their performance during. You’ll be the go to person in their inquiries and concerns on housekeeping tasks and follow up with them to make sure they are applying their training fully.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the housekeepers training.
• Oversee the implementation of the training
• Update and enhance the training program
• Train the housekeepers on duties like bed making, ironing, laundry, cleaning, deep cleaning and other chores.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.

What you’ll bring along:

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken
• Experience in housekeeping in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to deliver and evaluate trainings
