Luxury Furniture Hiring for Operations Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

We are in need of an Operation Manager to manage our Luxury furniture shop operations and productions.

-Administer all confirmed furniture orders from shop drawing, materials, supplier coordination, production, quality check down to delivery.

-Collaborate with management, draftsman and production Team to ensure the entire operation flow smoothly and able to meet timeline.

-Monitor implementation of all processess are upto standard and strict compliance of the regulations.

-Coordinate and present to clients material options, finishes and fabrics and get final approval to be forwarded to production.

-Hand over furniture details e.g. dimensions, materials etc. to draftsman for shop drawings and evaluate drawing before hand over for approval.

-Monitor projects in production, confirm status, push for timelines and ensure completion before deadline.

-Perform all internal and external audits

-Administer all import and export of goods and supervise delivery of all goods and manage distribution of all goods to various geographical locations efficiently. Develop relationships with clients & suppliers.

-Maintain productivity and efficiency of the staff

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of working experience handling operations or production management.
• Experience in handling furniture operation or interior design operation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management course, Engineering, Architecture, associate degree in drafting or a related degree is advantage but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
