JOB TITLE

E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS CHAMPION

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

To manage the E-commerce daily operations. Ensure compliance and system efficiency by leading a multi-functional team with daily checks and controls. Ensure the robustness of the e-com P&L and work on its optimization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Responsibilities – Direct e-com

• Ensure Collaborative Mindset within all department involved in ECOM.

• Design all SOPs and train end-users.

• Manage daily operations related e-com tasks, when compliant (ideally order processing, order to cash, sales integration)

• Meet business goals.

D2C Performance & KPIs

• Implement KPIs dashboard to assess E-commerce performance. (Stock Quality, Forecast Accuracy, Miss Sales Opportunity, Lead Time + Develop a Dashboard aligned with DGO guidelines)

• Coordinate continuous improvement meetings with internal stakeholders to optimize performance.

• Participate to stock management with the 3PL (stock movement, destruction, return, etc.)

• Report to Sponsors (Brand): Sales per SKU, Deliveries status / city

Contract Management

• Managing the budget with the logistics partners.

• Set the SLA (Service Level Agreement – 3 years), and follow-up on the commitments monthly with the partner.

• Prepare and anticipate the logistics partner’s capabilities to support the business plan and new expansion. (including Mohebi)

P&L Optimization

• Follow-up and optimization on operations P&L lines (including cost to serve, storage, transport)

• Challenge our partners order frequency in order to reduce our cost 2 serve.

• Tender on last mile delivery

Business planning

• Ensure collaborative meetings (Bi-Monthly or Quarterly) with our key e-com partners, to build a common forecast, to improve the overall forecast accuracy and maximize service.

• Collaboration with Demand Planning teams to integrate ecom forecasts
