– We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive processes that are around Performance management – performance, maximize their contribution and make informed decisions about people.
– Must have experience in handling HoDs to develop a clear definition of goals and task expectations of all the roles in the company
– Establish clear KPIs for tracking progress and success.
– Refine and simplify required competencies as enablers of performance at different levels of organization.
– Establish an effective performance appraisal process that measures individual performance on the agreed goals, KPIs and competencies.
– Drive the process for identifying, tracking and dealing with low and marginal performers proactively.
