• Duties & Requirements as Purchaser:
• Lead, manage and maintain all vendor communications and relationships
• Research and Communications: research products and manage all aspects of communications with vendors
• Manage organization of all orders and projects; ensuring all aspects of the process are on track; flag issues when they arise and implement problem-solving solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
• Manage vendor relations: Includes ordering samples and products; securing quotes, obtaining timelines, and maintaining all communications to ensure a smooth process.

• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Duties & Requirements as Operation:
• Analyze trade portfolios to support issues or queries of buyers and sellers.
• Assist in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed.
• Carry out organizational policies to reduce issues with receipt, handling and storage of products.
• Carry out procedures for effective trade dispute resolutions.
• Carry out procedures to ensure that deployment and tracking of products meet requirements.
• Conduct checks on documents provided by logistics providers.
• Conduct checks on documents required for trade transactions.
• Conduct incident or crisis management plans to address issues with management of goods.
• Create and execute orders for trade transactions in line with organizational or regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and report errors in trade transactions for management resolutions.
• Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure organizational and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Support the use of technology, electronic tools and devices.
• Work with logistics providers on receipt, handling and storage of products.
• Work with sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
