Position Title: Supply Chain Officer
Contract: 2 Years direct hire
Division: Operations

Job Description:

* Coordinate with customers and commercial related to sales orders,
dispatch schedule, and after-sales.
* Manage large amount of in/outcoming calls and emails.
* Manage open orders and dispatch planning (with consideration to
customer requirements, 3PL Warehouse capacity)
* Manage aftersales, including customer complaints and resolutions.
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive
communication.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right
methods/tools.
* Ensure update and accuracy of ERP (Sales Orders, Inventory)
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Adhoc analysis, reporting, and leave cover intra-department.
