The Role
Position Overview: KNZ is seeking an experienced Accountant/NetSuite Administrator to support KNZ operations. In this role, the Accountant/NetSuite System Administrator demonstrates strong influence and communications skills to interact successfully and effectively with all departments and as an advisor to the organization on system efficiency and effectiveness, relying on business applications experience and understanding of business workflows in relation to what NetSuite is capable of in configurations. Note: 1+ Years of prior NetSuite Accountant experience is required. Reporting Structure: Reports to CEO Primary Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • The NetSuite System Administrator will perform day-to-day operation, maintenance, project, change request, and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems • Plan, review, and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs • Support requests for new/update/termination of users/roles, partners and associated accounts/roles, workflow design, maintenance and troubleshoot • Support NetSuite integration project efforts and be the liaison with NetSuite Support • Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPI’s, and dashboards. • Monitor end-user usage, daily system scripts and track performance • Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training and maintaining proper system access for all roles • Develop, test, and deploy customizations utilizing partners and consultants • The NetSuite System Administrator will develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, etc • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality on new releases, customizations, and integrations and communicates to customers • Manage incidents and change management through the service desk • Advise and assist with data migration and accounting best practices • Communicate effectively with owners/management on a regular basis to establish performance expectations • Assess internal control environment and implement process improvements • Evaluate the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed • Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions • Forecast short-term cash needs and assist in managing costs and cash flow • Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures • Provide status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data • Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls • Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential • Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends • Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers • Managing income and expenditure accounts • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Quickbooks Online experience and comfortability with integrating interfaces • 2 – 5 years of Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop experience is preferred • 2 – 5 years inventory management experience/working with companies that get their inventory audited regularly is preferred • Deep knowledge of accounting software • Recognizes opportunities to advance client processes and procedures • Accounts Payable experience integrating and utilizing software like Bill.com and Intuit • Accounts Receivable experience Other Required Qualifications/Skills: • An experienced financial controller or accountant with 3+ years of experience • NetSuite experience essential • Excellent MS Excel capabilities • Comfortable in one-on-one interactions with CEOs/owners and can manage difficult client situations • A quick learner and a self-starter • Excellent at time management and have phenomenal organizational skills • Highly motivated and driven • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • A detail-oriented team player and problem-solver by nature • An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
