Responsibilities for Programmatic Manager:
- Monitor display, paid social and programmatic trends, best practices, technologies and techniques and implement new platforms/features where relevant.
- Extensive rolodex of agency relationships.
- Exhibit an understanding of the current digital online ecosystem.
- Ability to manage a small team of analysts.
- Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of private deals.
- Ability to create business models and analysis.
- Streamline the RFP process for programmatic buying.
- Develop comprehensive view of portfolio-wide performance analytics and contribute to the fulfillment of programmatic revenue strategy.
- Optimize existing programmatic relationships, explore new opportunities with various partners, and assess impact to overall yield maximization.
- Understand programmatic revenue trends and proactively address inventory optimization opportunities.
Qualifications for Programmatic Manager
- Direct experience with ad serving platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with advertising technologies on the buy-side of the online ad landscape including survey, data collection, verification, behavioral targeting, cookie matching and exchanges.
- Strong Analytics expertise and background in digital analytics and/or audience data management platforms (DMP).
- Ad Operations experience highly preferred.
- BS/BA degree a plus.
- At least 5 years or more of experience in media sales.
