KEOLIS Hiring for Recruitment & Career Development Officer – UAE National Job at Dubai Full Time

The key purpose of this role is to hire the staff into the Transport Sector for Keolis-MHI. The role will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through ensuring the best quality candidates are identified and selected appropriately, and within required timeframes. The role will also provide support to other sectors hiring needs when required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with line managers regarding staffing needs
• Chooses the best channel for job announcement diffusion (external search or internal)
• Reviews received resumes
• Interviews candidates and assesses personal and professional skills
• Uses psychometrics tests if needed
• Check references and corresponding documents (payslips, experience certificate…)
• Coordinates new employee induction with training
• Promotes the internal mobility
• Contributes to the strategic workforce planning and talent management, and anticipates the needs
• Manage employees profile in HR management tool according to career development Administrative Functions
• Notifies both successful and unsuccessful candidates of their status
• Schedules candidates for assessment, interviews, site visits and medical visits
• Drafts employment offer letter and contracts for selected candidates in coordination with the HR Recruitment and Career Development Manager
• Creates a personnel file for new employees
• Ensures timely updating of personnel records and the organisation chart
• Performs recruitment data tracking, reporting, and quality auditing
• Performs other special projects as assigned

• Efficiently and effectively fills open positions within time constraints
• Provides internal support and guidance to line management regarding recruitment issues
• Manages work volume efficiently to ensure optimum service delivery and candidate management

EXPERIENCES

• 2 years work experience in a Human Resources/Recruitment environment

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or higher diploma in a relevant Human Resources or equivalent.
