Mission

Managing and leading Kavak’s complete logistics cycle, maintaining levels of operational excellence aligned to the needs and growth plans of the business.

• Manage, optimize and coordinate the full cycle of car movements between our reconditioning center and our HUBs
• Develop strategies aligned to the production process to optimize area performance and reduce operating costs.
• Manage data from IT systems to evaluate area performance and plan improvements.
• Create and enforce policies and practices for logistics activities that focus on effectiveness, sustainability and efficiency.
• Participate in the hiring, training and growth of logistics staff.
• Management of logistics staff, including supervision, scheduling, performance management and more.
