About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the Demi Chef de Partie to join our Culinary Team in Jumeirah Al Qasr and Dar Al Masyaf Hotel

Your main duties will include:

• Control the section for which responsible

• Organize together with the Chef de Partie shifting in the section regarding mise-en- place production and its service

• Take orders from Chef de Partie and carry them out in the correct manner

• Maintain good colleagues’ relations and motivate colleagues

• Ensure that training on a one-to-one basis has been carried out and comprehended

• Responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding mise-en-place and food storage

• Attend daily meetings with the Chef de Cuisine and other meetings as requested

• Check Commis Chefs on his/her section: e.g personal hygiene

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• At least 5 years Experience in Culinary field

• At least 1 year Experience in the same or similar role within Luxury Hotel Brand

• Demonstrate a passion for quality and cooking

• Completed kitchen apprentice or chefs training courses for at least one year
