Who are we?
As a Taaleem teacher you will join one of the largest, most respected education providers in the United Arab Emirates. Taaleem (which means ‘education’ in Arabic’) was established in 2004 and now has 27,000 students attending our diverse portfolio of international and public-private partnership schools across the UAE.

Our Curriculum
From Grades 1-12, the IB programme provides students with a world-class, inquiry-based learning experience that is linked to real life examples, enabling young people to be prepared for a future that is constantly changing. We also offer senior students an alternative practical option into the workplace or university through studying the IB Career Related Programme (IBCP).
What do we look for?
Due to KHDA regulations, we require our senior leaders to possess the following:
- Bachelors of Education or high-quality Degree and PGCE
- Preferably a Masters degree in a relevant subject or NPQSL/NPQH leadership qualification
- 3 years’ senior leadership experience, with preference for candidates with IB PYP experience
- Preference for candidates with UAE senior leadership experience
