Looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join the team. As a Senior Creative Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our global CFD brokerage firm. This includes creating visually compelling and effective designs for marketing materials, websites, social media content, and other digital assets. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging to customers. Additionally, you will also be leading and mentoring junior designers in the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative design efforts and conceptualization, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our brand guidelines and messaging.
• Create visually compelling designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including websites, social media content, marketing campaigns, email templates, brochures, infographics, and more
• Develop and maintain a consistent look and feel across all designs, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create, edit and produce high-quality designs that are optimized for web and print.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including design concepts, mockups, and final designs.
• Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Lead and mentor junior designers in the team, helping them grow and improve their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with design and technology trends to ensure that our designs are cutting-edge and effective.
• Ensure that all designs are accessible, responsive and comply with web standards.
• Assist with other design-related tasks as needed, including photography, video editing, and illustration work.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a professional design role with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing design skills and abilities
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Experience working in the financial industry is a plus.
