Jaspa Hiring for Technical Services Officer (Tyres Division) Job at Dubai Full Time

A part of the technical services team which is responsible for pre-sales support, aftermarket issue management and tyre related operational services.

Responsible for providing pre-sales technical guidance and customer training to ensure a successful experience for new customers. The responsibility continues throughout the life cycle of the product and includes resolution of complaints and management of the warranty processes. Claims investigation, root cause analysis and reporting to the manufacturer is an integral part of the role.

Product test programmes and evaluations will be conducted throughout the year on various applications to ensure tyres are meeting performance requirements to give feedback to customers and to the manufacturer for product improvements.

Competitor product analysis and market surveys will also be done on a routine basis to guide product development and new product introduction plans of the company.

The team is also responsible for coordinating operational services for fleet customers ranging from fitment to retreading as well as spot inspections to monitor the correct use of tyres and will benefit from knowledge of service center best practices.

Desired Profile:

• Science or technology degree and education.
• In depth product and industry knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing or product development.
• Experience in aftermarket services and customer management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ICT literacy and aptitude.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Driving license.
