Our Multi National Developer client has a new requirement for an ‘in-house’ Recruitment / Talent Acquisition officer to join their team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates will have Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience within Construction, FM or Real Estate Development markets. Client is open to engaging with Recruiters who have worked for both Agency or ‘In-House’ as long as they have relevant industry experience.

Writing and advertising job roles, attracting top candidates

Uploading candidate information on to CRM accurately, consistently and promptly

Telephone screening candidates and inviting in for further assessment

Thoroughly interviewing candidates, fact finding and build strong rapport

Continually network with candidates to generate recommendations

Responding to candidate job applications, emails or messages and providing feedback promptly.

Providing advice including information on job search, CV format, interviews and salaries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
