The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to support our UHNW client as he continues to expand his business globally. This is a large international group with a diversified portfolio of companies, who operate in various sectors. Based in prestigious offices, the role will liaise with internal stakeholders within all the entities and also external stakeholders within government, other global organisations and business leaders. The role of Personal Assistant will manage the day-to-day organisation of the Group CEO’s office, enabling him to focus on the strategic function and leaderships of the organisation. The role will coordinate and act as liaison between the CEO and the employees as well as external stakeholders and media. You will manage all the travel requirements, both personal and business related and extensive meeting requests, which will require tact and diplomacy and an understanding of committing time and evaluating needs. Prioritization and discretion when managing the diary will be paramount. Additionally, there will be full administrative support, encompassing managing correspondence, assisting with internal group meetings and distributing minutes and agendas and ad-hoc project work.

Requirements
This role is full 1:1 support position and will manage considerable private work for the CEO and family. You will need to maintain the highest levels confidentiality as you will be exposed to sensitive information. Additionally, candidates will be required to be flexible in terms of hours and show adaptability based on business and needs. Our client has specifically requested a fluent Arabic speaking candidate for this position.
