The Role
A new position to join a highly strategic government advisory organization, concerned with strategy and communications for their global clients, is immediately available and will be based in the Dubai office. Taking full responsibility for the brand across all creative and digital platforms, you will liaise with the internal business partners and creative team to develop the complete brand positioning and marketing strategy of the company. Working on campaigns led by Thought Leadership from the initial idea though to completion, the Marketing Manager will have total control and authorization to sign off on the final product or campaign. Responsible for the development of holistic content which is highly relevant in an ever-changing market is key to your success in this position. Working across several different areas of the business and multiple projects at any one time, the Marketing Manager will be adept at prioritizing different forms of writing such as long education articles in industry publications through to ad campaigns via paid media. Developing the strategy and annual marketing calendar you will be highly detailed and creative in your approach and have a firm commercial awareness of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the organisation becomes a market leader of the future.

Requirements
This is an exciting organisation to join at the moment, as there is constant growth and development planned for the very near future and the Marketing Manager will therefore be part of this growth strategy. It is essential that you also have an understanding of analytics and the interpretation of data to support your strategic decisions. Those with several years of experience (either in house or a marketing agency) in the professional services sector will be considered and we are seeking a highly collaborative, creative and proactive manager, who is at the forefront of marketing trends.
